​Royce Porter, Vice President

During his career, Royce has worked in various industries including oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing, and construction.  He has held management positions in various fields including internal audit, cost accounting, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, operations, and human resources. 

Within the oil and gas industry, Royce has extensive experience conducting reviews of:

• Leasehold acquisition expenses

• Drilling and completion expenses
  
• Lease operating expenses
  
• Revenue and royalty payments
  
• Acquisition due diligence
  
• Paying quantities analysis
  
• Late payments interest
  

He has also testified in Federal court and before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission as an expert witness with respect to Joint Operating Agreements and Accounting Procedures. 

Royce is a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS) and an Accredited Petroleum Accountant (APA®).  He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Small Oil & Gas Committee (Oklahoma City chapter).  He is also an associate member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the OKC Pipeliners.

Royce earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University and his MBA from Golden Gate University.
